1 bottle of beer of choice (I prefer a dark beer)
1-2 cups of flour
pepper
6-12 whole kosher dill pickles sliced
Directions:
preheat deep fryer or pan of oil to 350 degreesSlice pickles as thick as you want
In a bowl mix beer and flour until pancake batter consistency
Drudge pickles in seasoned flour
drudge pickles in batter
Deep fry until crispy and golden brown
