Corn tortilla chips

Ingredients:
1 package of corn tortillas
16oz  of canola oil
Sea salt to taste

Directions:
Heat oil to 350. Cut tortillas into triangles with a kitchen shears. And fry until golden brown and sprinkle with sea salt while still hot. and let cool. Enjoy with your favorite salsa or guacamole.
