Potato salad

Ingredients: 
Serves 4 people
8- Small red potatoes
4- green onions finely sliced
1/4 cup- White wine vinegar
1/2 cup- Olive oil
2 TBSP- Sugar
2 TBSP- Dijon mustard
2 TBSP- Fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Quarter the potatoes and place in to cold salted water and bring to a boil, cook until fork tender. In a large mixing boil mix oil, vinegar, sugar, Dijon, salt and pepper (to taste), Coat the potatoes and onions and then add chopped dill. Cover and chill for about 4 hours stirring every hour or so.
