Foods for glowing skin.

  1. Nice! I am trying to eat more carrots and avocados, definitely getting plenty of the other stuff :) I am trying to eat more RAW foods, non-cooked, it kills off the GOOD enzymes ! Learning a lot about food hehe - thanks Shannon!
