Mango salsa

Ingredients:
2- Mangoes
1- Large red onion
1- Large Jalapeño
1- Roma tomato
1- Clove of garlic finely chopped
Cilantro to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Seed Jalapeño and then dice up mangoes, red onion, jalapeño, and tomato. Coarsely chop cilantro and salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 3 to 4 hours and serve with homemade tortilla chips or your favorite store bought tortilla chips.
